Validation of FOOD SYSTEM (ref. 71680) to the ISO 16140:2003 standard "Microbiology of food and animal feeding stuffs – Protocol for the validation of alternative methods".

We are glad to announce the validation of our FOOD SYSTEM to the ISO 16140:2003.
The FOOD SYSTEM is a 12 wells panel containing biochemical substrata for the detection and presumptive identification of pathogenic microorganisms from foodstuff in just 18-24 hours.
The FOOD SYSTEM delivers the simultaneous detection and presumptive identification of: Salmonella spp., Proteus /Providencia spp., Pseudomonas spp., Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Listeria spp., yeasts and moulds.
Just like all the Liofilchem® microbiological identification systems, the FOOD SYSTEM has the great benefits of performing simultaneous microbiological screening of several microorganisms in one compact panel, reducing costs in man hours and laboratory consumables, requiring no complex lab instruments because of its extraordinary ease of use.

MIC Test Strip

We are proud to announce our new MIC Test Strip.
MIC Test Strip is a quantitative method for determining the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of antimicrobial agents against microorganisms and for detecting the resistance mechanisms.
MIC Test Strip are high quality paper strips with special features that are impregnated with a predefined concentration gradient of antibiotic, across 15 two-fold dilutions of a conventional MIC method.
MIC Test Strip are available in a large variety of antimibrobial agents.
Each configuration is available in blister packages of 30 and 100 strips.
